Eventful Day

Welp, long time no read from anyone!  Oh oops, that's me that no one has read about in a long time!  Well I thought this was going to be a long weekend for me but it turns out that I had a pretty good day, besides a few minor things.   See yesterday turned out to be a bum day for me.  Where I was hoping to make plans with people but I never actually made plans.  So I just slept the majority of the day and then I mopped the kitchen floor *woohoo* so exciting I know!  And then emailed a friend thinking that I would be up the majority of the night so I thought we could play email tag.  Well it turns out that I watched a movie with my mom, and then about 1/4 of the way into the movie she said that she was going to go to bed and I continued watching the movie.  I think about 3/4 of the way where I fell asleep and continued to sleep through the night, somewhere waking up to turn off the tv and only to go back to sleep on the couch in the living room with my puppy Muffin!  I was totally shocked.  I think I got the most sleep yesterday that I have ever gotten in about a week.  Anyway I was then wide awake at 6am and got online to email back my friend.  I thought I would be wide awake where I finally fell back asleep and woke up about an hour before Ali called me asking me if we wanted to hang out!  Now you know I couldn't pass up that time with my Ali!  So she picked me up on her way back home from work.  And then we went to her house so she could change out of her work clothes and gets some nice and dry clothes.  We then decided that we would venture to meet my mom at Wear's Like New in Hershey, so that I could look for Khakis and get some money!!  Well on our way out to Hershey, Ali proceed to get on the highway at the Airport interchange and head towards Middletown, and just as she gets ready to change lanes her driver's side windshield wiper just like literally pops off. So I look at Ali and tell her to pull over as she could barely see the road.  So I figure that I should be the one to get out and look at it since we are on the side of the road and I didn't want to risk Ali getting hit.  So I go assess the problem and see that one piece of her blade is bent and so I pull that piece out and try to make it where it will be able to work just until we can get to K-Mart, *soaked the first out of two times might I add* We get to K-Mart and I pull out the rubber piece so that way we can make sure that we have the right size.  Get inside of the store after going through the pouring rain.  We get to the part where they sell windshield wiper blades and GO FIGURE they don't sell the refills so we had to buy a whole new windshield wiper.  So we just get the size we need and we go to the check out.  And our total is..... YUP you guess it $6.66.  Evil was definitely on our side today.  I am unsure of how to put this whole wiper on the car but I told Ali that I will figure it out!  Well I look at it and I see all these pieces and right then and there I know that I won't be able to do this.  And there is no way that we can get in the car and go to a mechanic place for them to put a new wiper on, because the regular blade is shot and not safe.  So I see this man pulling up and I get the courage to ask him for help.  He is kind enough to help us.  He proceeds to put this wiper on Ali's car as we just stand and watch for about 20 minutes. *where we got soaked for the second time* He gets it on and we (well Ali graciously tips him) and we go on our way to meet my mom as I am calling Mello on the phone to tell him the story.  It's kind of funny now that we look back on it but at first I didn't know what was going on.  So we meet my mom at Wear's Like New where I find a few shirts but none of them fit or I just decided not to get.  After there, we go to get gas at Turkey Hill and proceeded on our day hoping for no more events.  We continued to pay the cell bill and then went to the Colonial Park Mall, where I got some great deals might I add!!!  After shopping I bought Ali and I some dinner and after buying dinner we both find out from our parents that they had dinner for us.  After eating we continued shopping and then finally leaving at about a little after 5 maybe we went back to Ali's house where I got some new music for my iPod.  So basically that was my day in a nutshell.

Later everyone!!

Current Mood....

Here is a song that relates to how I am feeling right now.  Some will understand, some will not understand...

Ashlee Simpsons: Catch Me When I Fall

Is anybody out there
Does anybody see
That when the lights are off something's killing me

I know it seems like people care
Cause they're always around me
But when the day is done and everybody runs

Who will be the one to save me from myself
Who will be the one who's there
And not ashamed to see me crawl
Who's gonna catch me when I fall

When the show is over
And it's empty everywhere
It's hard to face going back alone
So I walk around the city

Anything, anything to clear my head
I've got nowhere to go nowhere but home

Who will be the one to save me from myself
Who will be the one who's there
And not ashamed to see me crawl
Who's gonna catch me when I fall

It may seem I have everything
But everything means nothing
When the ride that you been on
That you're coming off
Leaves you feeling lost

Is anybody out there
Does anybody see
That sometimes loneliness is a part of me
